You might even want to double up the flashing. What I mean by that is put a roll around the shed and then start another maybe an inch away from the first roll. On your second roll, put some caulking under the flashing to help divert the water. You could also put some gutters on your shed to help divert the water. They make this black plastic pipe with holes in it for diverting water.
